I wish I could do just half of the things you have mentioned in the list. Basically, if you have a strong willpower you can achieve balance and peace within yourself. For those that were not born with it just have to work hard. That is what I have been trying to do in all my life.

Great list of actions. I like them especially because I think that action creates solution. You can read about a better life, but without actually doing something to achieve a better quality it is not worth a dime.
So, get out of the couch and start doing something to get closer to your chosen goal.
