@Secara well, that really sounds interesting. The link between the heart and emotions is found in almost any culture. From my experience, doing cardio regullary can dramatically increase the endorphins number, I do enjoy a feeling of joy and pleasure when I exercise for more than 2-3 weeks in a row. So, it must be something there ;-)

Hey Dragos,

How about cleansing your emotions through regular cardio exercise? Popular wisdom says that emotions are directly connected to the heart ... so doing more cardio exercise might be an answer for "renew"-ing emotions (I actually read this some time ago from a guy called Tony Schwartz).

I am new to eating mainly raw food. I have been using Susan Schenck's latest book, "The Live Food Factor" as my reference guide- it has been great!
Susan is very dedicated in her approach of being objective and open to all the different versions of the raw diet. While most raw diets are vegan, she warns that this might not be for everyone. She goes into great depth about some of the potential pitfalls on the raw diet, and even covers the "radical branches" of the diet such as the nonvegan raw fooders.

@Andrew Thanks for commenting here, I really enjoyed your article. As you might know I already wrote something about this as well: Overcoming Cravings On A Raw Food Diet.

I completely agree that you have to deal with the mental as well as the physical side. You may want to check out this article on cravings control: http://www.raw-food-health.net/CravingControl.html

@Nicholas Powiull Wlecome to my blog and thank you for commenting. I agree that we could shorten the path somehow if we could just be a little bit cleaner on the emotional side, and yes, this is all what this article was about :-)

I love the idea, this is very creative and magnificently calling. I have a feeling by doing this, anyone could become a vibrational match for their soul :) Kudos to you indeed!

@BunnygotBlog Thanks for commenting here and glad to hear that you really pay attention to your diet, that's an important step. Interesting concept about reversing your raw emotions to turn them into something more positive, I like the idea of "transforming energies" :-)

@nutuba Glad that I made you think, in fact this is the purpose of all this, I'm not trying to sell fast food blogging, but to make everyone cook whatever he can with the ingredients I write... Moral is good, but the formal the worse. There is a moral called "common sense" and that's working better than the social taboos.

@Jay If you're interested in starting something like this you can follow the links after this post, under the "Related Posts" category. Especially Raw Food Primer, it gives you some bootstrapping advice.

@Ian Peatey Congrats on eliminating meat and for feeling better. I'm also glad that I made you think a little about your emotional layer, and I hope I did it for the good :-)
