		<description>Great information.  Just a more efficient way to implement the same linear, sequential time/activity protocols we&#039;ve always used.  

I continue to advocate that people, as in employees, could be way more productive doing way less if their employers would consider their strengths and unique abilities in determining job descriptions.</description>
