@ibz I heard great things about Remote and I'm sure I'm going to use it sometimes soon. Your setup sounds quite interesting I might save it for future reference :-)

Here's my favorites:

Remote - If you use iTunes to listen to music, you can control it with the iPhone. The ideal setup is something like this: keep your computer with iTunes on your desk, use an AirPort and connect your speakers to it. That way you can place your speakers anywhere, they don't need to be close to the computer. Then use the iPhone to control the music that is being played. You have maximum mobility, all over wireless, so you can sit anywhere, move your laptop anywhere, all without stopping the music! Ah, BTW, it's called Remote, but it's not like a simple remote control. You can browse by artist, album, composer, search, see album covers... simply amazing.

Rhythm lite - I'm not into games, but this game really kept me addicted for some time. You get a drum partition and you need to tap it with your finger. You get a score based on how well you tap it.

@ibz’s last blog post..ibz: Too bad I don't like Beethoven. Gould couldn't save the thing as much as Beethoven destroyed it. :)

[...] When traveling long distance you will be faced with a very practical challenge: what money do you have to use? I’ve been in 3 different countries in less than 4 days and in each of these countries I had to solve practical problems like accomodation, food and communication. What are the exchange rates? What money you should rely on: USD, EUR, YEN? This app offers exchange rates for any thinkable currency you can imagine and it proved to be extremely helpful to me. It needs an internet connection though. Currency was also featured in my list of top 13 iPhone 3G applications. [...]
