just read your commentary on the raw food lifestyle. I've been hemming-and-hawing in regards to consuming meat. I've called it 'conscious denial'. (like putting your fingers in your ears and hollering ,"LA-la-la-LA-la-la..."). So, I'm a dabbler. But... Last night I enjoyed a raw food meal that was preferable to any BBQ I could wish. I fell over the center line.
I appreciated the description of the whole body response, which (none of it) sounded worse than my current physicat/emotional/spiritual condition. And the benefits seem (as I totally expect) irresistible!
thank you for the inspiration. I'll do the proper research and a trip to my local organic grocer and I'll waste no more time ruminating.
keep up the good fight!
with sincere appreciation... Valerie m.

i recently finished reading - robert morse - sa traim sanatos fara toxine (english version could be The Detox Miracle Sourcebook: Raw Foods and Herbs for Complete Cellular Regeneration as i found on amazon) that explains very clear and straight-forward every aspect of a raw food diet and why all this "symptoms" happens. also the terms are pretty familiar so you don't need to know a lot of medicine to understand.

First of all, thanks for visiting and for letting a comment, I appreciate it :-) Feel free to spread the word, also, if you want.

Eating raw food is not easy at all. Especially in Romania. But it's incredibly rewarding, in terms of overall life enjoying, not only weight loss and general health improvement. It's so hard to understand how eating is affecting us: after breathing, is the most common habit that we have. Some of them will place sex ahead this, but that's ok also :-)

As for my English, I do have some supervisors near me and they are teaching me a lot of good stuff, especially how not to place a comma before an "and" ;-) ...

Haven't we met already on my other blog (dragos.roua.ro)? Like years ago?

Have a nice week!

I loved this post to bits. I've been feeling rather fat and uneasy myself, needless to say it's because I don't have a proper diet (which I'm hoping to fix in the near future) and can barely find a way to get into a routine when cooking things for myself.

I'm quite fascinated about the raw food diet, personally I've never tried it but it sounds good enough to give it a go. Maybe that'll teach me to lay off the potatoes, starch and fats once and for all :)

Oh and your English is amazingly fluent, which is not what I can say about my Romanian that barely makes any sense and is way too hard to read or digest :D It was also a nice break from reading a lot of blogs about random nonsense in Romanian!
