@Angela, thanks for commenting, eating raw is by far the most valuable thing I was able to do in 2008. I highly recommend it to everybody, while I still understand that not everybody might be in the mood for it.

Keep up the good work on your blog too :-)

@Andreas glad you like my somehow counterintuitive sense of humor ("several days in a raw", that is). My copy supervisor things my English stinks, but I have a different opinion. I may sometimes switch present and past tense, but I do try to sell a good pack of creative poetic writing, as log as my message is correctly perceived.

If you try this raw food lifestyle I'd appreciate if you could post some of your insights here. If I can be of any help with that, don't hesitate, post a comment here and I'll respond as fast as i can.

@Io_Da
I don't eat sushi, tried before but is still heavy for me.

No supplements so far, although I tried several weeks ago several B12 fortified foods, like cereals or cheese. I still study on that, as I do want to keep my raw as high as I can without mixing it with processed food only for the sake of B12. They say sesame seeds are carrying some natural B12, for instance, also wheat bran should carry some B12 too...

Diana is 100 miles away of this raw food lifestyle. She eats a holistic diet, meat, pasta, whatever she likes.

Bianca is free to chose whatever she wants for eating, and she's somehow in between, with a lot of cheese and other milk products. She also eat meat on occasions...

My mom cooks some delicious salads when I'm visiting. She is into it almost as much as I am, meaning this whole alternative lifestyle, she practices Qi Kong, and so on...

Questions today,,,,,
Can you eat sushi (raw fish- I love it!!!!)?
Do you take supplements (B12 etc.)
Is Diana following 100% in the RF life style?
How about your little girl?
What is your mom cooking when you go to see your parents?
L.

several days in a raw

That's a good one. :-D

Seriously though, I have to try this myself. Just now, the postman brought me my copy of "Raw Food Made Easy" by Jennifer Cornbleet. I'll see if I can pull it off.
