I think we put more attention to failures since we want to analyze them. How often do you really stop to think about WHY you are having successes though? If we did, we could learn just as much, perhaps more since it is more inspiring to repeat that than change our failures. I know in my work, close outs on projects we focus on the best things and reproduce them and share it with others and train that. It's much more enjoyable and gains more interest from people than talking about failures.
