This is a great post, Dragos. I think there definitely is an Attraction thing going on, but I think it's also tied to awareness. When your focus is in a certain area, or your inclinations lean to one side or another, you're going to be more aware of opportunities in those areas (i.e., you'll be keeping your eye open for them, whether consciously or subconsciously). I think this point is key. When you are focusing on something, when you are aware of something, your non-conscious mind via the RAS becomes acutely aware of things that can contribute to your goal. When you buy a red Camry (not that I would), you don’t all of a sudden attract red Camry’s into your life. What is happening is that you become aware of what was already there, but that you didn’t notice before. You become aware of these opportunities because you unbelievable powerful sub-conscious mind is bringing them to you.

I don’t by the “universe did it” theory about the LOA. I buy into the “people did it” and people are more powerful than we can imagine at this point in our development.

This is an excellent post! To make your own path, you do follow your own dreams. I find it more important to be different then following what is expected of you.
