Splendid hotels, great shows and the city itself is a sight to see at night. Harrah's is a so so place. The Four Seasons inside the Mandalay Bay or the Hotel at the Mandalay Bay would have put you a lot further from your convention but the quality of your stay would have been vastly improved. Cheap Hotels have cheap A/C units and are not very pleasant, especially when you try to sleep at night. As for the Hookers everyone wants to talk about... they are harmless creatures of the night. During the day you will never see them.
